Enables users, typically translators, at remote locations to view, and optionally create, low resolution PDFs of translated catalogue pages or spreads, potentially making the translation and proofing processes faster and more accurate. The translators access the proofing system through the Traxtion web interface where they can download, view and print master language proofs while they write their translations.

When the translations are done and the catalogue or pool documents have gone through the language versioning process the translators can also download market specific translation proofs for review. If they need to edit their translations they can do so and then order the automatic creation of new proofs for review until they are ready for final approval.

The system also allows the remote users to communicate with the layout operators who can help with manual touch-up of the layout documents if necessary. The proofing workflow can be configured to the customer's needs of different proofing steps and approval routines.

The module operates in conjunction with the PDF generation modules and is specifically designed to ensure version matching between proof PDFs and print delivery PDFs.
